On Episode 18 of The Sands of Time; dive into the world of radio with long time radio host of Agriculture Today; Eric Atkinson. Who, as of this past year has retired from hosting the morning agriculture talk show for K-State Research and Extensions daily radio program for almost 40 years. He helped provide a look into the past, present and future of where radio is headed with podcasting/streaming and emphasized the importance of creating something unique and finding a niche within radio to find success in the field.

This episode will provide you with a sense of wonder about the changing field of radio and how it all began with discovering radio frequencies and AM/FM broadcasting methods in the early days that led to what we now know as radio.

December 11-14  | Caffeine Fix at Hale

During Finals Week Fall 2022, students can enjoy free food and drinks while supplies last at Hale Library.
The Libraries will also have jigsaw puzzles spread throughout the building, and a Relaxation Station on the 1st and 2nd floors will include de-stressing activities.

These activities would not be possible without additional support from sponsors including our lead sponsor, K-State Housing and Dining. Other sponsors include the the Department of Personal Financial Planning, Lafene Health Center, Goodcents Deli Fresh Subs and Varsity Donuts.
