On Wednesday April 26th the annual talent show will be live in the K-State Student Union. Registration is open until the day of the event and students can perform singing acts, spoken words, magic or comedy. The Grand prize for first place will be one thousand dollars, with second place getting eight hundred and third place getting 500 hundred. Participants must be a k-state student to enter and the performances will start at 6pm on Wednesday. The “why I vax campaign” aims to clear up misconceptions about vaccines and spread reliable information sources. This event will take place outside of Cat’s Den at the K-State Student Union, from 11:30-1:30 on Thursday. The Union Program Council in partnership with the K-State Student Union and Union Governing Board is excited to announce recording artists Ben Rector and brother and sister duo, Lawerence, will be co-headlining the free “ Soothin' and Groovin' ” concert at 7:30 pm Saturday, April 29, 2023, on Anderson Lawn, Kansas State University.
