Biotechnology - The Sands of Time

On this episode of The Sands of Time we dive into the world of Biotechnology and more broadly Biochemistry. By breaking down the ways in which biotech can be used in all aspects of life I was able to learn from Carson Guido. He is a Junior majoring in Biochemistry & researching structural biology at K-State and we broke apart the vast landscape of the biochemistry world by discussing the creation and use of recombinant DNA, the moral complications of gene editing, how a protein can be designed and what the future may look like for biotechnology.
